Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Petite Chapelle

The different parcels of properties, located on the hill of the Hermitage, are vinified separately until the final assembly, which takes place one year after the harvest. Hence the 2 different cuvées of the Hermitage are developed, one of which is this “second vin” by the mythical La Chapelle.

With an almost black mantle, with a beautiful shine. The nose is intense and offers notes of sweet spices and pepper, flowers and fruit jams. The palate is powerful and balanced, where the tannins are present but flexible.
