Paul Jaboulet's ex-libris! Worldwide recognized, it was named after the chapel built in the XNUMXth century. XIV by a Crusader, on the slope of the Rhône, where today the vineyards grow. With an intense and compact ruby red color, it has a bold and complex aroma on the nose revealing the Syrah grape in its splendor.
The black fruits are numerous, sprinkled with sweet spices with an absolutely charming wood. The palate is full and opulent to caress the tannins. The finish remains long and solid.
